These Terms of Use create a binding legal agreement between you and the American Learning Foundation (doing business as Language Systems International and/or LSI) regarding your use of this site. LSI in its sole discretion may, from time to time, amend its Terms of Use without notice; therefore, it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the Terms of Use each time you use this site. You MAY NOT use this site unless you agree to accept the Terms of Use expressed at the time of your visit without exception or modification. By using this site you accept and agree to the Terms of Use.

Violation of the Terms of Use, including any unauthorized use of this site, may subject the violator to criminal and/or civil penalties in addition to termination of your access to this site.

Your access and/or use of this site may be terminated by LSI at its sole discretion, without notice, for any or for no reason whatsoever.

By accepting these Terms of Use you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable license limiting you to only visit and view the material on this site for your own personal non-commercial use. Site Access and Operation
By accepting the Terms of Use you agree not to use any means to access or use this site which will, in any way, interfere with the operation of this site. You also agree that security of your access password is your responsibility and that you shall not provide your access password to anyone at anytime. You shall not sell, assign or otherwise transfer your password. Should you lose your access password or believe that it is known to others, you shall immediately notify LSI of this fact. You are responsible for all use which occurs under your membership/password account. LSI shall not be responsible for damages arising out of your lost, stolen and/or shared password, and others using your password.

You agree that the American Learning Foundation (LSI) shall not be responsible to you for any damages whatsoever arising out of your use of this site, including but not limited to, the temporary or permanent cessation of services from this site.

Site Use Conduct
You agree that when you participate in online site discussions you will:

1. NOT use language or conduct which is offensive, including but not limited to, derogatory comments concerning race, gender or religion, sexual comments, threatening comments and/or obscene comments. Use of prohibited language or conduct may result in the immediate termination of your membership and thus access to this site.

2. NOT disrupt site discussions. Such disruption as determined by the instructor may result in the immediate termination of your membership and thus access to this site.

3. Your use of the site will comply with all applicable law(s) and/or generally accepted practices in your relevant jurisdiction and in the U.S.

Choice of Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and/or the state of California. All claims arising from these Terms of Use shall be filed in the State of California.
