Intensive English Program (IEP) (24 hrs/wk)

The Intensive English Program combines the Basic English Program with the Conversation Management & Accent Reduction (CMAR) class. In the CMAR class, you will work on pronunciation and reduce your accent to develop better English conversational skills. You will improve your English fluency skills even more by taking this specially designed pronunciation and conversation class in addition to your regular classes. IEP program has the following classes:

  • Listening & Speaking
  • Reading & Vocabulary
  • Grammar & Writing
  • Listening & Speaking or Pronunciation

The TOEFL iBT® class has been a big help to me! It has helped me improve my English writing, reading, and speaking. It has also helped me understand language in general and it has been very practical and easy to study in this course. Professor David is a big help in this class. He makes it easy to learn and understand language. He also gives good examples and explanations of the topics. The professor answers all my questions about grammar and even explains it with examples from daily life. This class has definitely helped me a lot in my journey to learn English. It also helps me with my goal to write at a college level. This will help me on my way to university.
