What students need to send when applying to LSI:

For Overseas Students

  • Application Form (Online or Paper)
  • $100 nonrefundable application fee
  • Copy of the passport
  • Bank Statement ($ 13,000 / no more than 3 months old)
  • $200 SEVIS fee
  • $200 Tuition deposit
  • $70 Express mailing fee

For Transfer Students

  • Application Form (Online or Paper)
  • Transfer Form
  • $100 nonrefundable application fee
  • Copy of the passport
  • Bank Statement ($ 3,000 / no more than 3 months old)
  • $200 SEVIS fee
  • 12-week tuition fee for the program
  • Picture for student ID card

For Change of Status Students

  • Application Form (Online or Paper)
  • $100 nonrefundable application fee
  • Copy of the passport
  • Copy of current visa
  • Copy of I-94
  • Bank Statement (at least $15, 000 / no more than 3 months old)
  • $200 SEVIS fee
  • $200 tuition deposit
  • Make an appointment for necessary information, required documents, and fees.
